Receiving of Your Loved One from Another Funeral Home is also known as "Receiving of Remains." This service is for families who have had their loved one die out of state or in another part of their own state. 

Depending on the place of death, it may be necessary to have an out-of-state funeral home assist with removing your loved one from their place of death, filing the necessary paperwork and completing the necessary preparations to have your loved one transferred to us. Families who are having their loved one transferred in from another funeral home may already have had services at an out-of-state funeral home. This still allows families to have a local gathering, as well as a funeral service prior to the committal.
